Hawaiian Haystacks

Serves 4, with leftovers.


  • 1 Recipe of Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup milk (if needed)
  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • desired toppings: olives, cheese, celery, carrots, chow mein noodles, pineapple, etc.


  1. Mix shredded chicken into cream of chicken soup. If mixture is too thick, use milk to thin to desired thickness.
  2. Warm mixture through, about 5 minutes.
  3. Serve over rice or slices of bread, adding toppings as desired.
